Finite Conjugate Objectives in achromatic, planar, or semi-planar designs. Achromatic focusing objectives have a flat field in about the center 65% of the image. Semi-planar focusing objectives have a flat field in about 80% of the image. Many of these focusing objectives can be used interchangeably with standard microscope objectives.

Edmund Optics’ ReflX Objectives are available for a range of imaging or focusing applications. TECHSPEC ReflX™ Objectives are available in infinity-corrected or finite-conjugate designs. Typically, finite-conjugate objectives are used in imaging applications, while infinity-corrected objects are used in laser focusing

Microscopy Filters are used in a variety of microscopy applications for increasing contrast, blocking ambient light, removing harmful ultraviolet or infrared light, or for selectively transmitting only wanted wavelengths.

Reticles are used to add measurement or comparison capability to a variety of microscopes. Reticles are clear discs marked with a scale or pattern. Reticles are available in a wide range of patterns, including crossline, micrometer scales, or grids. Stage micrometers are also available for calibrating microscope reticles or objective powers.

Relay Lenses are designed to extend imaging systems or invert images in a variety of microscopy applications. Relay Lenses can also be used to integrate video systems into microscopy setups.

Magnifiers comprise a selection of devices such as comparators, linen testers, or handheld magnifiers designed to show an enlarged image under inspection. Magnifiers ease the handling or visualization of small objects or materials. A variety of contact reticles are also available to add additional measurement capacity to Magnifiers
