Allalin
The Allalin is a nanometer resolution spectroscopy platform that integrates an electronic source and an innovative collection optical objective within the same column. This unique equipment enables to perform multi-analyses (SEM, Cathodoluminescence, Photoluminescence, Raman, EBIC) on any type of samples (semiconductor, cristal, polymer etc.)
Mönch
The Mönch is an easy to use and accurate add-on for light collection or injection in (S)TEM. The Mönch has been designed and carefully optimized to achieve unprecedent signal-to-noise ratio thanks to:
- A proprietary parabolic collection mirror;
- A positioning system with sub-micrometer precision;
• A high curvature parabolic mirror with a NA > 0.4.
